Telescope is on a mission to help the real estate sector navigate sustainability risks with clarity and speed. We’re growing fast and building out the foundations for scale. Now, we’re looking for our first Customer Success Manager—someone who’s eager to take ownership, build trusted customer relationships, and help shape how we work with users in the years to come. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Telescope’s customer portfolio, with the goal of maximizing activation, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead onboarding processes and ensure rapid time-to-value for new customers.
  • Build strong strategic relationships with key decision-makers to proactively identify opportunities for upselling, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally—translating feedback into action for our product, tech, and commercial teams
  • Help design scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling for customer success as we grow
  • Use data and analytics to monitor customer health, anticipate risks and trigger proactive initiatives.

Experience and skills

Must have

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles—ideally within B2B SaaS and/or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing programs that improve retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer relationships at the C-level with confidence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Customer Success tools.
  • Curious and interested in sustainability, technology, and innovation.
  • Great communication skills, in both English and Norwegian
